Craig Spence
This event is name after Australian Masters Champion and local golfer Craig Spence.
Craig Spence, born in Colac, Victoria, began his golfing journey at age 10. He started competing at an amateur level around the age of 15 and later joined the Victorian Institute of Sport, where he achieved significant success, winning two Victorian Amateurs back-to-back.
Professional Career
Turning professional in 1996, Spence quickly made his mark on the PGA Tour of Australasia. His breakthrough moment came in 1999, where he beat Greg Norman to win the Ericsson Australian Masters
